VENDOR OPTIONS

2nd Table Top Exhibitor will be available for registration on October 5, 2023.

The EMCmini Symposiums first started in late 2015 when we planned and presented three events in three different locations – Phoenix, Irvine and San Jose. Those events were successful with our Irvine event being sold out and the other two being well-attended by EMC engineers from the nearby territories. Subsequent to that, we have held additional events in 2016, 2019 and 2022. Our April 2022 symposium was a highly-packed one-day in-person event. It was a great ‘coming out party’ from the years of C19-enforced hibernation for the EMC technical community! Now, for 2023, we are resuming these events – a welcome change to a technical community that remains eager to attend and support events and training opportunities that offer in-person collaboration. Future EMCmini one-day symposiums are planned for 2nd & 4th quarters of 2024.

TARGET MARKET
These events are particularly targeted for EMC & Safety Engineers and Managers. In general, we present material that is of value to both new as well as highly experienced engineers. For our Los Angeles EMCmini Symposium on October 19th, we estimate minimum 100 attendees to a max of 150.

COSTS
The attendee registration cost is $125.00. Table-top display cost is $750 for a style exhibit. Additional members of your team who are displaying are just $100.00. For this event, vendor attendance and support will be very important. The total number of vendors/exhibitors will be no more than 28.

LOCATION
At the Embassy Suites Hotel LAX South, all vendors will set up in the same room as the technical presentations. The room is quite large and there will be no crowding at all. All spaces will have power at no additional cost. Set up on the morning of the event is assumed for all vendors but if you need room access the night before, we may be able to arrange it. Lunch, drinks and all-day snacks are presented within the same area. Social Gathering & Hors d’Oeuvres Walk-About at our evening ‘Social Event’ is optional and included at no additional charge. The Embassy Suites has offered us a very competitive room/night rate of only $182. Please refer to our “Venue” page and contact them directly to make a room reservation for Wed and/or Thur night(s).

EVENT FORMAT
This will be a ONE-FULL-DAY event. The morning session will start at 8:30 a.m. The follow-on sessions will be presented as noted in the program but last-minute changes or additions are possible. Demonstrations are included with one or more of the presentations. A fine lunch at our hotel is included for all attendees and vendors. The Symposium will conclude no later than 5:30 p.m.
